I started my BNI journey September 2021. As soon as I joined I did many cross-chapter visits and did many 121s. I needed to build a network. I needed to figure out what would work for me. I have now been able to manage my time and schedule time for 121’s, business builder, workshops/training and cross chapter visits. I never realized I would love BNI so much. But it is in my blood. BNI has given me the confidence to do public speaking. It has taught me to be supportive amongst my Chapter and BNI in general.
