Position Summary
The Senior Director of US Franchises will oversee and lead the development, growth, and support of BNI franchises across multiple regions. This strategic role requires experience in franchise operations, business development, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that franchisees thrive and adhere to BNI’s core values and mission.
Roles and Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion & Development
- Lead the growth strategy for BNI franchises, identifying new markets, opportunities, and partners to expand the franchise network.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring alignment with BNI’s culture and standards.
- Develop and execute plans to support franchisees’ business development and overall success.
Franchisee Support & Relationship Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to franchisees, fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Develop training programs and workshops that support the ongoing education of franchisees and their teams.
- Monitor franchisee performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet corporate standards and goals.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure that franchisees comply with BNI’s operational procedures, policies, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to develop tools and resources that enhance franchise performance.
- Drive performance analysis, set benchmarks, and implement KPIs for tracking franchise growth and success.
Business Development & Strategic Initiatives
- Work closely with the President of the US to establish and refine business goals, initiatives, and operational strategies for the franchise network.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to guide franchise growth.
- Lead efforts to optimize franchise operations and processes for efficiency and profitability.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of franchise support staff, helping them to develop their careers and build a high-performing culture.
- Foster a collaborative environment across regional teams, encouraging knowledge-sharing and best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 7+ years of experience in franchise management, development, or operations, with a proven track record of growing and supporting a franchise network.
- Strong understanding of BNI’s business model, culture, and values.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience, including managing and motivating a team.
- Ability to analyze business performance data and implement actionable insights.
- Experience in the network marketing or membership-based industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
