Frank De Raffele, co-author of Business Networking and Sex and BNI Executive Director in the New York area, is working with an award-winning television production company to find a U.S. business to feature on an upcoming reality TV show. 

Frank contacted BNI Headquarters to advertise this exciting opportunity to BNI members so those BNI members who fit the criteria of being located in the U.S. can have the first opportunity to benefit from this national exposure and the professional business guidance that comes along with participation in the show.

The television production company is actively looking for U.S. businesses to feature on a TV pilot for a major cable network.  They are seeking to portray companies which are currently undergoing a personnel issue they would like to improve with the help of a workplace expert.

The production company is specifically searching for U.S. companies with 10 to 100 employees that have a "middle manager" who needs direction on how to better lead their team and increase performance.  The show will consist of some or all of the following:

- Company background

- Current team issue outlined

- Filming/interview of business owner or CEO

- Filming/interview with the team members of the manager

- Filming/interview with the manager
