 Friday, May 7th was an exciting day for BNI Spain as it marked their first Members’ Day event!
Members attended from Madrid, Barcelona, and even France and the UK! A total of fifty-five people attended the event which featured speakers from several industries including online networking sites, advertising, and, of course, BNI. The speakers addressed topics such as how to use online networking sites to add value to BNI membership, how to create a valuable team of committed members, how success in BNI means success in business in general, and more.
A couple of other notable event highlights were the interactive networking exercises and the group sessions on generating more quality referrals and how to transfer vital information in a networking situation. TV cameras were present for an online TV marketing program, in which National Director Mark Gibson appeared in late April and both Mark and his BNI business partner Robert French hope that the repercussions of this event will have a positive effect on the immediate growth of BNI in the Madrid region and beyond.
Members commented that the event exceeded their expectations and that they are very much looking forward to the next Members’ Day in Spain, which is likely to be held in Barcelona.
